Here additional information regarding what's been happening.
I picked the article up on page 2. But the information was shown
within in the last 2 weeks on one of the 20/20 type TV news magazines
showing that some major companies who initially had nothing to do
with the oil business decided to get in and had the rules changed
to their advantage. Some interesting goings on for sure.
