I hate RealPlayer. You should delete its directories, delete it from start-up, and delete all references from your registry.
If you ever want to play RealMedia files, install the Real Alternative program (which is free and does not bug you continuously).

To check your startup programs, you can use MSConfig which is already on your PC. There are many utilities that do this too.
To fix your registry, you can Regedit (but do not make any errors).
