With a problem like that you should just bite the bullet and bring it to the dealer... I know I've heard the dealers in Canada aren't great and are overpriced, but by the time you find an indy that can properly diagnose this (which would take the proper equiptment that can rear ALL the modules) you could have paid for the dealers diagnosis twice!
