Water pump, some cooling/ oil hoses and a window regulator, A/C buttons replaced

2001 X5 4.4i 90K miles.

Owned the car 6 months and has put about 4K miles on it.

If I could do it all over again, I'd run away from this car... To bad I paid cash, I'd probably walk from it I hate it so bad...
