4.4 has a different design and its located in a different area in the engine bay then the 3.0 I don't know the part number though. I do know that on the 4.4 its easier to access then on the 3.0..

bimmerspecialist.ca is also out of stock for the oil seperator, I just checked to see out of curiousity.
