Winless over 4 years. That's the part that seems to be off kilter here for me. Should there be an opportunity for these girls to learn how to play where they actually are matched more evenly?
After the 1st (and 2nd and 3rd) year of no wins there had to be a discussion of what do we do next year.
So there was a decision to go for the same approach in the 4th year. Adults who are the leaders here are not creating an environment for growth in my opinion. They are not being set up to succeed. 4 years of losses - what does that prove?

Granted, I wouldn't have put the full court press on a team that can't put the ball in the basket. There is no need unless the winning team had the intent of blanking them. I probably would have pulled all of my starters before the end of the first half and played my scrubs.
