After the 1st (and 2nd and 3rd) year of no wins there had to be a discussion of what do we do next year.
So there was a decision to go for the same approach in the 4th year. Adults who are the leaders here are not creating an environment for growth in my opinion. They are not being set up to succeed. 4 years of losses - what does that prove?

It could be that with only 20 girls to choose from, they do not have the athletic talent pool. I don't buy that they are loosing because they have a learning disability.
