I'm still amazed how well the X5 performs in the snow and I don't understand why it doesn't get more attention for it's 4-wheel drive capabilities. I've owned 2 Landcruisers previous to my 4.8 and I prefer the X for it's superior balance and Dynamic Traction Control. I know there are many on this forum who don't like the 18" runflat Bridgestones but I think they provide the perfect road feel when dry and amazing traction in rain/snow. They also last upwards of 40k miles. Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow.
