i usually ding their door when this happens, or maybe accidently knee or elbow the other vehicle.
i love it when, of the 20 other parking spaces available, someone parks within 14 inches of my vehicle. why would someone force themselves to squeeze out of their own car? literally the mirrors of the two vehicles were almost touching.
there were obvious "girlie" items in the car, so that might explain a lot.
