If this happens often and comes back after resetting every time, then it probably does have O2 heater circuit problems, but it could still be the parameters in the DME set too stringent which is what's fixed with the programming. But a call to the dealer would confirm that the bulletin applies to you (which I believe it does) and that i has not been done yet in the service history.
