If it starts normally most of the time, but is completely dead in the morning when it happens, it is likely an intermittent parasitic draw caused by something electronic not shutting dow which will keep the vehicle from going to sleep and draining the battery. If that is the circumstances I'd call the SA and tell him those details and request one of the more experienced techs to work on it.
