what i meant is that the harness coming from my amp has 5 wires. the harness in the x is identical to yours. i am still unclear about the rest of the wiring, mostly about the amp and the high level stuff.

Ah OK so you have a 2 channels amp then and I assume you want to feed one Sub only, right?. Is your amp bridgeable? Can you bridge the 2 channels into one? Not all amps are bridgeable so it should be clearly specified in the documentation of the amplifier. Be aware also that by bridging to get twice the power on one speaker. The bridged rating is usually listed with the spec of the amp.
Anyway, you can feed your amp high inputs from pin# 7(-)/14(+) for right speaker and 10(-)/2(+) for left speaker. I only used 7/14 in my case because I used a mono channel amp
