Welcome to the forums.

The major language files for all countries are on the disc, it's the coding for your mk3 that determines the language set, get hold of a copy of navcoder and an i-bus interface and set the language code and then then insert a OS disc when it asks for it, then your language will be set to English.

BTW you English looks good to me
