Imo, "futurists", those designers, thinkers and dreamers that go way beyond the usual box,
are often held up for very close scrutiny and criticism...
I feel Bangle was "out there", but good for BMW. If his stuff really met with derision in the
marketplace, few would have bought his designs and the other car mfg'ers would not have
lined up so quickly to cop his angles and mimic his work. My 50cts...
