Unless there is a fuse somewhere else, the three I mentioned control the three plugs associated with the center console. They all seem to blow so easily with my sirius radio, radar detector and and other devices, even with 25's instead of 20's. My solution was to run an always hot line up from a + battery post located on the floor adjacent to the battery connected to a plug I got from radio shack. Used a inline fuse of course and good ground. This way I can listen with the car off(why the other plugs don't work with power but the motor off is beyond me as well) or if a fuse goes with a full load in the back.
