You need the eject box AND the snap in adapter. That makes no sense, since my snap in is that same part number you have listed, and mine isn't charging, so it is probably the eject box that is different from mine. My eject box HAS the pairing button.

If you want to buy the snap in Phil, let me know. I'd like to get rid of it since I'm using a Treo 650 now.
