So, what about Charlie Rangel? The guy who is in charge of the IRS also owes $10,000 in back taxes....which was over the last 10 years....Rangel was allowed to pay back without penalty or interest....So, if any of us made a mistake like Geithner or Daschle, we should invoke the "Rangel Rule".

It seems our tax code needs to be overhaul because even our politicians can't even figure it out!
