My first impulse would be a Hemi Challenger convertible if it was a budget of $100,000 we were talking about, cause I'd have plenty left over to do the disc brake kit, suspension and tire & wheel upgrades, paint and fuel injection, but staying under $100K, I'd go with an '89 Countach Anniversary Edition.
