Found it! Fuse 113 controls the plug in the center console. It is in the back with the rest of the fuses. Had to take it to the dealer and let them find it. They said there was a penny lodged in the socket that kept blowing the fuse! Nice of them to track it down on a Saturday morning without an appointment.

Glad you found the problem. How does a penny get in there?! Is it easy access for kids to just drop things in there? Or is it that the location (I have no idea as I have E53) makes it easy for things to drop in there? Is it under the rear seat cushions? Just curious.
