Sounds like you have a leak in the front bags. Also, the ride height adjustment is normally in the middle setting. The lower setting is just to make it easier to enter/exit the X. Once you move past 20mph it goes back to the default middle setting. Stock, you can't lock it in the lowest or highest setting for normal driving.
