I also have a Mercedes CL that I originally purchased at TriStar because the car at the time was ridiculously hard to get - they are the absolute worst. Now the S's and CL's just sit on the lots. They never wanted to fix anything even under warranty. Now take it to Plaza and I never have a problem. Prior to the CL had several Benzes and an Audi that I bought from Plaza.

All the salesmen I knew from West County have moved to either Plaza or Autohaus. I had a rattle in my drivers side front window and Plaza took my car over speed bumps and knocked my car out of alignment. I won't trust them with my car anymore. Worst service I've ever received. 3 of my wheels had stone chips when I took delivery. I made the mistake of taking delivery. Now, they want to send someone out to re finish my wheels. I'm waiting for a call from BMW to have 3 of my wheels replaced. I learned a lesson, don't take delivery if the car isn't perfect. Never had a service problem at West County. They always took care of my cars over there. I took it to my local dealer in Columbia for an alignment. Both front and rear were out of alignment after Plaza took my car for a joy ride.
