As I say before call your seller and tell then your issue about the vibration and pretty sure going to send you the rings they are so tiny that you can even believe that you need it or you may have wheel problem about my picture its just Michelin guy saying Hi!
Take back and remove all those weights and get them rebalance, if you can get a road force balance machine, it will be better for the tires. In my X it only 1 or 2 weights on each tire and they runs perfect, I can go 100 110 no problem.
