For those of us that have yet to attempt the bake and open method can you tell us how long the headlights were in the oven and at what temperature. I remember reading that the oven should be at 200F and bake for 10 - 15 minutes. Is that what you did ??

Silicone based products from Bostik and in particular Sikaflex are well respected in the construction industry here in Australia. Has anybody used either of these products for resealing the headlights ?? If not what was used ??
