It's easy, just get Navtweak, grab the latest software load for the nav, open the file with UltraISO, grab the navboot file, and open in NavTweak. From there you can change your boot screen, any of the icons, etc. You can also change any of the text on the Nav, including the nav boot screen. I guess it's not 'easy' per se but it's not hard.
