My X5 was towed last weekend. The tow truck driver must have dragged the rear wheels onto the flatbed. One of the tires ended up with a flat spot on it (the other was on grass so it is fine). There is 11K on the tires. My dealer did spot this while doing the repair, the tow truck was arranged by BMW Assist.

Can just one of the 18" run flats be replace without impacting the drive ability of the car? Thanks
