My E53 4.6is was better put together, no rattles or squeaks. I hate my E70 4.8 gaerbox, it really is astoundingly bad, The E70 is much more comfortable though and bigger which I like and very agile for its size, but not as fast as my E53 4.6 iS.. Its a difficult toss up
