This is a well known and documented problem and one that often times seems fixed only to recur again, thus the numerous SIB's on the issue. Mine was already reprogrammed twice and hasn't happened yet again, but we'll see. I experienced it so severely once when coasting to a stop that I was 1000% convinced I got rear ended. More often though I get "the lurch" when in Sport mode and it downshifts from 2nd to 1st. Everyone's head in the car bobs forward.
