UPDATE: the 2009.1 software does not work. Downloaded the BMWNAV2009.1_NA_CAMS.iso burned it with ImgBurn on 1x, verified, put it into my car.. and it said that its the wrong CD/DVD.

First of all - 2009.1 is not a software it's a version of map.
Regarding your question - are you sure that you've download High version for MK4 and not Professional for CCC?
