Air-ride issues are hit or miss. I have several friends who either still have or once owned a 4.8is...each of them had issues. I've had the warning light appear on my 4.6is...it disappeared as fast as it appeared. Not discouraging you, but it could happen. Either way, you should be covered by the CPO amongst other issues if it did happen.

I should say that one friend in particular drove quite aggressively and NYC pot-holes are not always forgiving. His issue was pot-hole related. I used to live in Alpharetta so i'm aware of the much better road conditions in ATL. I say go for it...good luck on negotiations
