As of 2/1 several breeds (including Pits) are banned from our condo building or any community property. First off, calm down and don't do anything you will regret. Call the police, file a police report and have the dog taken into custody. I would move to have it swiftly put to sleep and then work on a lawsuit against the owner. Once completed I would recommend the building move towards putting restrictions on breeds, sizes etc to make sure this doesn't happen again. A good way to go about getting those type of breeds etc banned is by threatening to sue the building unless their policies change. We had a close call here and that is what landed the changes.

I hate to say it, but I hope people listen to the things B and I have said on this forum. Those dogs, no matter what the owners on here will lie to make you believe are NOT fit for homes or condo buildings. Their a danger to society and the people their owners force to be in contact with them. I have believed for a long time (and enforced) a new Pit policy for my dog. He isn't even allowed to sniff them, that is how serious I am about it.
