SLOWBRA is on a distinguished road
Hi Guys... I too am new to the site and a proud new owner of a 03 X5..

Been reading the website most of the morning to learn about upgrading to V32 and found lots of great information.

I have a question about the Imgburn application mentioned in this thread and many others on this topic. I downloaded the V32 ISO from the first page of this thread and opened it with Imgburn. However, when the ISO is opened in Imgburn (before I write it to a CD) it does not list the Mode anywhere. A found a post on here telling me to look at the Sectors line, but mine just lists -- Sectors: 128,399. It does not list Mode 1 or Mode 2 anywhere on the right hand side of the Imgburn screen.

I wrote the ISO image to disc, but still did not see any mention in the summary that it was burned as a Mode 2. Can anyone help with this basic information?

I opened the ISO that was downloaded from the first page of this thread in Nero and it says the that Track 1 is Data (mode 1). So, do I need to get a link to another ISO that is in mode 2? If so, where can I find that? If not, what do I need to change in Imgburn to burn it as mode 2 if that's possible?

My Imgburn is version 2.4.2.0
My Nero is 6.0.0.0

I have a MK4 DVD based NAV and would like to verify if the image has been written in Mode 2 before attempting an update.

Thanks everyone!

Shawn

UPDATE:
MK4 system was successfully updated using mode 1. After reading this site some more, I found the MK4 didn't require mode 2.
