I tried to install the parts on Fri. but couldn't finish it because my freaking spacer is stuck on the stock rotor!! PB blast and BFH made one spacer off eventually but another side is still stuck on hard. It just woudn't budge. darn, I thought H&R spacers are good and they will not rust. I'll stop by homedepot today to pick up a torch and try it again.

Any suggestion? I think the title should be changed to how to remove the stuck wheel spacer now.
