You need to check the following:

1) Make sure the bolt-pattern is the same as the X5.

2) The hub bore is probbaly not the same you'll probably have to use hubcentric rings.

3) If those two above are okay then I will stick my neck out and say they will fit. However, they will be a bit aggressive looking on the fronts and you'll probably want to get spacers for the rear - but not necessary.
