As for some of the comments from others, you were correct to not mount behind the grill as that reduces performance. Also, the LPP is a good unit but the LI has performed similarly especially in light of some who believe the LPP's tested lately were prototypes, and lately the LI rep (at least in the US) has been more reliable.

LPP?? LI?? Obviously I'm new to this! What's the best jammer to get and where can I find some more info on it? I'm sure there are several manufacturers out there. The V1 seems to be the best radar detector out there and I already have it, (just need to hardwire it,) but what is it's equivalent in a jammer? Surely those things can't cost $3000! Are we talking about pesos?
