you need a slim profile box wrench to get in there and properly tighten. i was lucky in that i used to be a bike, umm bicycle, mechanic when i was a kid so i have all kinds of flat tools and odd size metrics that come in handy these days. if you use the resistance of the joint to tighten you can risk ruining it.
