Any thoughts on if I should try to contact BMWUsa myself. I am hopeful that with the dealer on my side it will be resolved quickly.

Another question, how offen should I call the dealer for an update? Everyday? Every couple of days? Manager made it sound like they would receive an answer from BMW quickly.
