I contacted BBB, BMWNA, and started the charge back process on my credit card. Anyway, I got my deposit back and the manager called to tell me "that after consideration they decided to give it back" although he didn't apologize. It is such a ripoff, they claim refundable deposits but be careful should you need to get it back!
