I was at my dealer today and he informed me that BMW will be offering the M Sport Package on 3ers.

ZMP M Sport Package will basically consist of wheels, aerodynamic body pieces, sport seats, PDC (rear), sport suspension, M steering wheel (with 6MT only), Shadowline trim, anthracite headliner, and increased top speed limiter.

And... you can get a 3er in Le Mans Blue but that is exclusive to the M Sport Package.
