I guess I must have fixed the problem as I have been driving the truck for a week and 200 miles and the code did not come back. I started by cleaning the MAF sensor and changed the air filter. That did not fix the issue as the code came back 40 miles later. Then I removed the intake hose from the air filter to the throttle body and cleaned the throttle body with B12 Chemtool spray. The throttle body needed a good cleaning as I got out a lot of black residue after spraying the carb cleaner for some time. I then added Techron fuel line cleaner to an almost empty tank (1/4). The truck iddle was rough for about 1 mn after starting it, probably for the time it took to burn the carb cleaner that remained in the throttle body and fuel line, and then everything was back to normal. The truck feels a little to run a little bit smoother now.
