I agree that oem style 63 call for/came with staggered size tires, as those
wheels, if oem, are indeed 9x19 F & 10x19 R. As mentioned, the previous
owner put on even sizes all around.

If oem/staggered wheel size you can choose to retire in staggered size, imo.
