I agree with others in that the braking sensation is subjective and widely differs depending on your braking habit and operation conditions. As JCL pointed out, proper bedding procedure seems critical to bring the performance of the dustless pads up to its design specification.
I found from my experience it is relatively difficult to bring the temperature of the ultimate pads high enough to properly bed compared to deluxe pads. It is a tough call what fits best for your need, but based on inputs from other experts, you probably already know what you want to get.
