Any warranty company that is serious about paying towards repairs on a used vehicle will definitely have a pre-inspection on a car prior to writing a warranty, to make sure there are no pre-existing conditions that need to be done.
I am not familiar with this warranty, but having searched for similar warranties just recently (my X5 just ran out of its original 4yr/50k this past Feb./2009, I could not find one that I liked their terms and conditions. Some were too good to be true, and doing some searches on google and such proved as such to me. Some were ok, but the cost was prohibitive.
Do your own research before getting any extended warranty... it is too easy for them to not pay (or not pay enough) when the time comes.
