Hmmm .... diesel .. turbo ... calling all the 3.0d experts!

Does it show any messages in the dash? I wonder if its in some kind of failsafe/limp mode?

I don't know doo-doo about diesels but whenever I blew off the turbo hoses on my old VR-4 I felt the loss in power but not like having only 10%!

Does it idle fine? Sounds almost like its fuel starved.
