Here is the bottom line...Before the downturn in the economy and prior to that the spike in gasoline prices plenty of people were willing to buy cars like the CTS-V, Z06 Vette, SRT Chrysler's and the like on the performance reputation alone. If you would not buy one because they would not let you test drive one it did not matter. Most were sold before the dealer took possession of the car from the factory. These cars had a minimum of a 10K markup and sometimes more. The problem I see is the dealers are slow to respond to the times...No way these cars have the market desire they had a year ago and that will turn out to be to detriment of the dealers if they don't understand the market dynamics.
