Also, how in the hell am I supposed to know/or knew to ask you what kind of car you have, or that you are in the process of a lemon lawsuit? With your username of 'WannaX5', it comes off as someone who wants a BMW (X5) but does not have one. You should have said in my 2008 535i, fault codes are always stored! If you take this attitude, and intelligence into mediation or in a court room for your lemon lawsuit...plan on keeping your 2008 535i.
