Well I definitely have those buttons on the MID (no NAV). If I did everything right to set it up it may just not work anymore. Like I said I bought it used so... who knows. I held the pairing button on the steering wheel for a couple of seconds and then started the vehicle but saw no activity from the lights next to the "TEL" button. I guess I am doing it right?? I have not looked for the ULF Module in the back to see if it is there but from what you say, it should be??
