Let me be clear on what I'm asking..
Not that sales tax on new cars.. I understand that.

What I'm curious about is, people who have negotiated their monthly lease rate including sales tax and are on an existing contract, do they need to allocate more funds for taxes now (is their contracted monthly lease price changing) or are they grandfathered in for the life of the lease?
