I have shaking on light stop,i got used to it. many of us have it. but jerking i have no idea why is that? u mean tranmission shifts not good or what?

i heard Idle Air Control Valve get clogged and causes shakes on light and foot on brake. But notice i have no CEL on and it is hard to tell,he should scan error codes and go from there. Thermostat will cause overheat,and if your arrow is in a middle then mechanic has no idea what he is doing.
