I'm waiting for my X5 still so I don't really understand how this works. I've read the manual section a few times. So as long as your foot is on the brake pedal, the auto-h is turned off. Correct? So if you are in stop and go traffic, do you let the car drift to a stop without using the brakes? And then auto-h kicks in when the wheels stop? Then you hit the gas again. Or do you brake normally and then let off the brakes, (activating auto-h), rest your foot on the floor, and then hit the gas when traffic moves?
