yes, it will.

it uses a standard 12v automotive relay. the 87a (the 5th pin) sometimes comes on the relay but in this case is not needed.

usually the camera has 4 wires. two wires are the camera (+) and (-) power wires, and the other two are usually attached to an RCA cable that goes to the video input.
